Terms & Conditions

The simple rules covering our bookings, cancellations and subscriptions.

Last updated: August 2026

Booking and confirmation

A booking made on this site is a request for an appointment, not yet a firm appointment.

We contact you within 24 hours by phone or email to confirm the date, the time slot, the scope of the work and the payment method. The appointment is confirmed at that point.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the appointment. Just call or email us.

If something unexpected happens at the last minute, call us and we will find a new date together. A visit where we cannot access the property may be charged.

On our side, if weather or an unforeseen event prevents us from working, we offer you a new date at no cost.

Subscriptions and minimum term

Residential subscriptions have a minimum term of 3 months.

Commercial contracts have a minimum term of 6 to 12 months depending on the agreed frequency.

After the minimum term the subscription continues and can be ended with the notice period agreed at confirmation.

Pricing

The prices shown on this site are the phase 1 launch rates. They may be revised: the applicable price is always the one confirmed with you when the booking is agreed.

Categories describe typical spaces. If your property exceeds the selected category (number of windows, veranda, special surfaces), we tell you before the visit and propose an adapted quote.

High-access and difficult-access work always requires a free on-site quote: the price depends on the equipment needed, determined after assessment, and is confirmed before the work starts.

Carrying out the work

We work with our own equipment. Access to water and electricity may be required depending on the job.

If you are not happy with a result, tell us within 48 hours and we come back to put it right.

Payment

No payment is taken online on this site. For one-time jobs, payment is made after the visit, in cash or by Twint.

For subscriptions, payment terms are agreed directly with you when the appointment is confirmed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law.
