When you fill in the booking form we collect: your full name, your email address, your phone number, the address of the job (street, postal code, city), the category and plan you selected, your preferred date and time slot, and any notes you choose to add.

We collect no sensitive data and never ask for payment card details on this site.

Why we use it

This data is used solely to contact you back, schedule the appointment and carry out the cleaning service you requested.

We do not use it for anything else: no profiling, no targeted advertising, no newsletter without your consent.

Where it is stored

Booking requests are stored in the website database, accessible only through a password-protected administrator account.

We keep this data for as long as it is needed for the client relationship and to meet our legal obligations, then delete it.

Sharing with third parties

We do not sell or rent your data. It is not passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

Only the technical providers required to run the site (hosting, database, email delivery) process this data on our behalf, strictly to the extent necessary.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP/nLPD), you may at any time request access to your data, its correction or its deletion.

Simply write to contact@vitreavitre.ch stating your name and the address used for the booking. We handle the request as quickly as possible.
