EGEN | Pressing Vevey: a dry cleaner's window speaks about cleanliness

Published on · 3 min

When your trade is making garments immaculate, your window makes the argument before you say a word.

The service we provide

We work with EGEN | Pressing Vevey to keep the storefront consistently spotless: scheduled visits, inside and outside glass, frames and door included, without interrupting trading.

A dry cleaner produces steam and heat, and condensation leaves a film on the inner face of the glass. We account for that in both method and scheduling.

Trade and shopfront must agree

Customers hand over their clothes on the strength of an impression of seriousness. Cloudy glass sends exactly the wrong signal, because the service being sold is cleanliness itself.

We make no claim to measure the commercial effect of that consistency. We simply observe that, in cleaning and care trades, the shopfront is read as a sample of the work.

Transparency, literally

A genuinely clear window lets people see inside: the order, the light, the staff at work. That is often what decides a passer-by to step in rather than walk on.

Our job is to make the glass disappear: no greasy reflection, no squeegee line, no halo along the bottom of the pane.
